The ANZBA Research Committee was established in October 2019. The overall aim of the Committee is to facilitate, promote and advocate for collaborative burn injury and burn care research throughout Australia and New Zealand. Through collaborative research, we strive to improve the quality of burn care, and evidence-informed practice.
The committee provides an opportunity for burn researchers to respectfully communicate their activities and network with national and international colleagues, to gain information, exchange ideas and research practices.
The ANZBA Research Committee meet quarterly and Leila Cuttle is the current Chair of the Committee. Membership is open to all burn researchers, from all disciplines and locations, and ANZBA membership is encouraged. Current members include:
